Keep an eye on your belongings

Unfortunately, sometimes things get lost… especially during dismantling. So keep a close eye on your belongings during this stage.

Your neighbours’ stands are not necessarily dismantled by the same people as those who set them up. As a result, in the haste and “disorder” of this phase, your belongings may inadvertently be removed by one of your neighbours.

Don’t hesitate to put company stickers on your objects (toolbox, extension cords, storage boxes, etc.) and group them together.

More intentionally, equipment can sometimes disappear during the exhibition, particularly electronic devices (telephones, tablets, computers, etc.). Be vigilant, especially if these items contain your new prospects’s contact details!

We recommend not to leave this type of equipment on your booth overnight.

Note that there are systems that allow you to “lock” computers to your furniture.
